This is the famous restaurant of Paul Prudhome. They do not take reservations and as you see, there is a waiting line to get in. It is worth the wait! I had the beststeak there that I have ever had! The restaurant is very small. Because of this, and how popular it is, you will sit at a table with another couple. If you do notmind waiting in line for at least an hour (that is on a good day), and sharing you table with a complete stranger, we would highly recommend this. It is one of the few well known New Orleans restaurants that you do not need a coat and tie for dinner.
