Little Gumbo is a Lesser Sulphur Crested Cockatoo.
Little Gumbo was born December 16, 1995.
He was our second bird.
How he got his name is interesting. He was "Little White Bird" for quite a while.
We wanted something interesting, something we both had an interest in.
We finally came up with Little Gumbo - after one of our trips to New Orleans
Unfortunately Little Gumbo is not longer with us. We lost him in 2005. He is truley missed.
